SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY
All product prices listed are in AUD and are GST exclusive.
We charge a surcharge on accepted credit cards (Visa/Mastercard) that does not exceed our cost of acceptance (currently 0.8%). We deliver products to most of the East Coast of Australia using TAMEX Transport. Shipping costs depend on the size, weight, and destination of the product. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and added to the order total before checkout. REFUND POLICY
Please choose carefully, as we do not usually provide refunds for change of mind or incorrect decisions. You are entitled to a refund, exchange, or credit if the goods are faulty, incorrectly described, different from what was ordered, or do not perform as intended.
RESTOCK POLICY
Ownership and title of goods remain with BOSS Engineering Pty Ltd until full payment is received. Non-defective, opened returns will incur a 15% restocking fee plus shipping charges. All return shipping and handling must be prepaid by the customer.
